Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Changes or additions after confirmation may not always be possible.

Delivery is available across Singapore.

Delivery fees vary depending on location, order size and live courier rates.

Customers are encouraged to ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed exact arrival times due to weather, traffic and courier conditions.

Batter & Brew will do our best to fulfil within the selected window.

We bake and pack every cake with love, but if your delivery arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 1 hour so we can make it right.

As ingredients and production are prepared in advance:

• Changes: accepted up to 48 hours before fulfilment where possible

• Cancellations: non-refundable once production has started

Our cakes are freshly baked and contain no commercial preservatives.

For best texture and enjoyment:

• Chiffon cakes — best enjoyed on the day of collection or within 2 days

• Butter cakes, madeleines & scones — consume within recommended storage period.
