All bakes are freshly made in small batches and require advance preorder. Please allow a minimum of 3 days lead time unless otherwise stated.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Changes or additions after confirmation may not always be possible.

Delivery is available across Singapore.

Delivery fees vary depending on location, order size and live courier rates. Final delivery fees will be confirmed before fulfilment where applicable.

Customers are encouraged to ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed exact arrival times due to weather, traffic and courier conditions.

Batter & Brew will do our best to fulfil within the selected window.

Orders should be checked upon receipt.

Minor movement, condensation or slight shifts during transportation may occur and do not affect product quality.

Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order if there are major issues.

As ingredients and production are prepared in advance:

• Changes: accepted up to 48 hours before fulfilment where possible

• Cancellations: non-refundable once production has started

Our cakes are freshly baked and contain no commercial preservatives.

For best texture and enjoyment:

• Chiffon cakes — best enjoyed on the day of collection or within 2 days

• Butter cakes, madeleines & scones — consume within recommended storage period.
